Please read the Caceres Parking Rules & Regulations BEFORE you buy or rent. Caceres Community has strict parking rules which must be followed due to lack of available parking. ALL residents are expected to park their vehicles in their garages (most garages can accommodate only two normal-sized vehicles), and to the extent possible, perpendicular to their garage (i.e., not across the driveway) provided the vehicle fits in its entirety within the stamped concrete (NO overhang). At NO time should residents park their vehicles in areas that are designated as Guest Parking without prior approval from the Caceres Board, Guardhouse, or RISE Management.
