You can request a lender questionnaire document through the form on Rise Association Management's website. Please note that you must upload a copy of the lender questionnaire needed when submitting the request.
What is a cap fee?
A cap fee, or capitalization fee, is an association fee at closing that goes to the reserve fund. If applicable, this fee is established in the Declaration and is applicable every time a property is sold.
